Shipping Costs & Estimated Delivery

Shipping charges will be clearly shown at checkout. Once dispatched, your order is expected to arrive within 2 to 7 business days, depending on your delivery location.

Please be aware that we only deliver to residential or business addresses within the United States. For orders that are large, heavy, or exceed 22kg, additional shipping fees may apply. In such cases, we will contact you with a revised postage quote.

USPS Shipping

Shipments sent via USPS can be delivered to any valid residential or business address across the U.S.

All courier deliveries require a signature upon receipt. If nobody is available at the delivery address, the courier will either leave the package in a secure spot or provide a notice for collection at your local post office.

Order Processing & Delivery Timeframes

Most orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days after placement. We strive to deliver within the standard delivery windows; however, we cannot accept responsibility for delays caused by USPS. Delayed delivery does not grant the right to cancel the order. Our responsibility ends once the package is handed over to the courier for final delivery.

Returns & Exchanges

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase from Ericyjonng, you may return eligible items within 15 days of delivery for a refund.

Please note, the following items are not eligible for return:

• Items returned more than 15 days after delivery.

• Products that are damaged, altered, or missing any parts.

• All returns must be sent back in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will notify you by email regarding your refund status.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days of receiving your return. Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
